Believing in Every Child's Ability, Restoring Every Family's Hope

Urgent Foot Correction Surgery for Master Jishan, 5 Months

Urgent Foot Correction Surgery for Master Jishan, 5 Months

5-month-old Master Jishan from Begusarai, Bihar, has been diagnosed with Bilateral CTEV (Congenital Talipes Equinovarus, commonly known as clubfoot), a severe congenital condition affecting both feet. Without prompt surgical correction and casting, this deformity will cause permanent physical disability, preventing him from ever walking naturally. Under the care of pediatric orthopedic specialist Dr. Nargesh Agrawal at Child Ortho Care, Delhi, Jishan has been advised urgent bilateral foot correction surgery. While the initial hospital cost was ₹2,00,000, Child Ortho Care has extended a ₹1,00,000 discount, leaving a final requirement of ₹1,00,000. Jishan’s father, Mohd. Pharaz, is a daily wage laborer earning just ₹8,000 per month to sustain their joint family of six. Arranging ₹1,00,000 is completely beyond their reach. HCRA appeals to compassionate donors to help fund Jishan’s corrective surgery, giving this baby boy a chance to take his first steps and lead an active, independent life.

Bone Marrow Transplant for Aarav, 8 year old

Bone Marrow Transplant for Aarav, 8 year old

8-year-old Master Aarav Ranjan from Patna, Bihar, is fighting Severe Aplastic Anaemia—a critical, life-threatening condition where the bone marrow fails to produce sufficient new blood cells. He is currently undergoing treatment at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, under the care of Dr. Manas Kalra, where an urgent Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) has been prescribed as his only chance of survival. The estimated cost of this advanced procedure and critical hospital care is ₹25,00,000 (Twenty-Five Lakhs). Aarav’s father, Mr. Amarendra Ranjan, works as a data entry operator earning approximately ₹15,000 per month to support their family of five. Bearing a medical cost of ₹25 lakhs is an insurmountable hurdle for the family. HCRA has stepped in to initiate immediate financial sponsorship and earnestly appeals to compassionate donors and CSR partners to contribute towards Aarav’s life-saving transplant. Foot Correction Surgery for Amayra, 8.5 Yrs

Foot Correction Surgery for Amayra, 8.5 Yrs

8.5-year-old Baby Amayra Sharma from Panchwati, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), has been diagnosed with Bilateral CTEV (Congenital Talipes Equinovarus, commonly known as Bilateral Clubfoot). Living with untreated clubfoot into late childhood severely restricts mobility, causes progressive skeletal deformity, and leads to persistent pain while walking. Under the clinical care of Dr. Nargesh Agrawal at Child Ortho Care, Delhi, Amayra urgently requires bilateral foot correction surgery to realign her feet and restore normal ambulation. The total cost of treatment is ₹2,50,000, but with a hospital concession of ₹1,50,000, the remaining amount needed is ₹1,00,000. Amayra’s father, Mr. Amit Sharma, works as an accountant earning barely ₹10,000 per month to support their family of three. With an annual household income of just ₹1,20,000, funding this critical surgical procedure is completely beyond the family's financial reach. HCRA appeals to compassionate individual donors and CSR partners to support Baby Amayra’s surgery so she can walk, run, and step into a healthy, independent future.

Under the clinical care of Dr. Nargesh Agrawal at Child Ortho Care, Delhi, Abhiranjan requires bilateral adductors and hamstring tendon lengthening surgery. The full cost of the procedure and care is ₹2,50,000, but with a hospital concession of ₹1,50,000, the remaining surgical cost is ₹1,00,000. Abhiranjan’s father, Mr. Sumit Ranjan Kumar, works as a daily laborer earning just ₹10,000 per month as the sole provider for their family of five. Special Education & Developmental Learning: Unlocking Boundless Potential

At HCRA, our Special Education (SE) program provides tailored academic, cognitive, and functional development for children and young adults aged 3 to 22. We support learners navigating diverse neurodevelopmental challenges—including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and intellectual or learning delays—facilitating their progression from early pediatric intervention toward foundational academic and daily life competence.

Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Replacing standard teaching models with customized developmental roadmaps that nurture foundational literacy, numeracy, and practical self-regulation.

Dedicated 1:10 Educator-to-Student Ratio: Small class sizes that allow certified special educators to provide targeted behavioral guidance, sensory pacing, and personal encouragement.

Milestone-Based Peer Cohorts: Grouping learners by developmental age and cognitive milestones to foster peer socialization, collaborative play, and emotional security.

Mainstream & Vocational Linkage: Bridging classroom learning directly into vocational life-skills training, equipping students to transition smoothly into mainstream schools or self-reliant adult trades.

M.K. Madan
Vice President & Co. Secretary, The Motor & General Finance Limited

“I have been associated with HCRA for more than a decade. The organisation is doing a stellar job in providing education and health care to the needy children. The members have selflessly dedicated themselves to this noble cause. They have been raising funds through personal outreach without much support from the government. My best wishes to the team of HCRA.”

Mr. Ajay Kumar Agarwal
Donor & Supporter

“I have been associated with HCRA for more than 20 years now. I got connected in the first place because a friend, who was a lawyer, had recommended. Earlier, there used to be a person coming every month to collect cheques from everyone in my office who contributed, but later it changed to online. HCRA is one of the very few charities that I vouch for as a genuine one truly working for the benefit of children who have not been fortunate enough. I have seen the work they do and how they take it upon themselves to bring relief to afflicted children whose parents cannot afford their treatment. I send my best wishes and prayers to the organization so they can continue growing and making a difference in this world.”

Smita Rajan
Fintech Professional

“HCRA is carrying out a wonderful job by providing educational opportunities and facilities to the specially abled children. Whenever I had an opportunity to visit the school, I had observed good progress and environment facilitated to the children. It’s an honor for me as well to support the endeavors in a nominal manner. All the best to HCRA and the team relentlessly working for the cause.”

Mr. Atul Sharma

“I have known HCRA for almost 2 decades. They have helped many of my patients with heart disease. Many underprivileged children have been benefited because of HCRA. I am grateful to HCRA for their support and dedication.”

Dr. Ashutosh Marwah
Escorts Hospital

“I would like to sincerely appreciate the wonderful work being done by your organization for children with special needs, particularly in helping them access the medical care and support they deserve. What is truly commendable is not only the cause itself, but the personal effort and dedication that you and your team put into every individual case—going beyond simply raising funds and ensuring that the help actually reaches the child who needs it. Your commitment, compassion and persistence in supporting these children is genuinely inspiring. I am grateful to be able to contribute in a small way to this meaningful work and wish the entire team continued strength and success in the years ahead.”
