Established in April 2001, the Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association (HCRA) is a registered secular non-governmental organization (Regd. No. S-39229) dedicated to holistic rehabilitation, critical pediatric healthcare, and inclusive education for marginalized youth across India. We operate on an uncompromising principle: a family's financial distress must never determine a child's survival, mobility, or dignity.

HCRA bridges the critical divide between costly specialized tertiary medicine and below-poverty-line (BPL) households. Operating across 6 regional care centers, our clinical teams deliver free and subsidized therapies for neurodevelopmental delays, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. Beyond outpatient clinical care, our pediatric healthcare fund directly finances life-saving emergency surgeries for youth under 18 battling critical illnesses, while our education sponsorship program covers formal school tuition fees for deserving students.

CSR & Statutory Compliance: HCRA is fully registered under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act (offering donors a 50% tax deduction). We are compliant with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and MCA Form CSR-1, enabling corporate partners to deploy CSR capital with complete governance, zero administrative leakage, and verified utilization certificates (UCs) aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3, 4, 8, and 10).

In-house clinical fabrication and free distribution of custom-molded orthotic braces, calipers, prosthetic limbs, and pediatric wheelchairs, paired with sponsored corrective orthopedic surgeries to restore independent gait.

Life-Saving Pediatric Healthcare (Under 18)

Emergency medical fund sponsoring complex, high-acuity surgeries and treatments for underprivileged children battling pediatric oncology, congenital heart defects (holes in the heart), and bone marrow transplants, backed by verified hospital case documentation.

Mainstream Education Sponsorships for BPL Children

Sponsoring recurring accredited school tuition fees for bright, underprivileged children to prevent dropout rates and guarantee formal classroom continuity.

Since its formal registration in April 2001 (Registration No. S-39229), the Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association (HCRA) has operated as a pioneering secular non-profit institution dedicated to eradicating developmental, physical, and pediatric healthcare disparities across India.
