HCRA President Smt. Manju Bagga Honoured for Outstanding Contribution to the Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Divyangjan

We are proud to share that Smt. Manju Bagga, President of the Harmonious Children Rehabilitation Association (HCRA), has been recognized for her dedicated leadership and distinguished service in the rehabilitation and empowerment of children with special needs. As reported by national daily Apni Dilli, Smt. Manju Bagga has been actively leading on-ground rehabilitation, healthcare, and educational initiatives for children with diverse physical and neurological challenges since 2001. Under her visionary leadership, HCRA continues to deliver essential, doctor-supervised clinical services—including pediatric physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and inclusive special education—to marginalized and financially vulnerable families across Delhi NCR and Northern India. In addition to therapeutic care, she has spearheaded critical initiatives to facilitate free, life-saving medical and surgical treatments for children battling severe, life-threatening conditions. Her relentless commitment has brought dignity, mobility, and hope to thousands of children and their families, creating a lasting benchmark in community-based rehabilitation and social inclusion. This prestigious recognition reflects HCRA's enduring mission to ensure that financial hardship never stands between a child and their right to an independent, fulfilling life.
